This package is designed to get to the root of your health concerns using testing and your health questionnaire to dive deeper. By including testing in this package, we can take the guesswork out and focus on the areas needing support. This helps lay a clear and focused roadmap for the client and provider. Additionally, follow-up sessions are included to help set small achievable goals to guide you back to the best version of you.
Total COST: $3,475 (includes all testing and session costs)
* Payment is two payments of $600, followed by seven payments of $325. Superbill for insurance reimbursement is available for the genomic and micronutrient review time initial session and follow-up sessions.
